Experience required:
•    Spoken and written Swedish & English to a fluent standard
•    Call centre or claims work; or dealing with customer service queries, including resolution of complaints to the customer’s satisfaction
•    Translation & administration work
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Excellent time management skills
•    Have lived and worked in Sweden

In addition you should be:
•    Flexible                
•    Positive
•    Team orientated
•    Highly motivated
